| Code | Enter a freely selectable abbreviation for the outdoor area type. |
| Designation | Enter the full name of the outdoor area type. |
| cost center | Selection of the cost center via which the costs of this external area type are to be run. |
| Factor [€ / m²] | Enter the price per square meter in euros. Select this option if you are dealing with an area. |
| Unit price in € for rental | Enter a unit price in euros for this type of outdoor area. Select this option if it is a parking space. If you enter a unit price for this type, all assigned outdoor areas appear as "Parking space" in the "Rental contract list" report (Property Management - Rental - Reports). |
Color coding
In this info area, you can specify the colors with which this attribute is to be displayed in a visualization. To do this, you can select various foreground and background colors and combine them in a hatching pattern. The foreground color is always applied to the hatching, the background color fills the free areas in the hatching. You can determine whether a visualization uses this colour display by assigning a suitable legend to the display variant. Further information can be found in the display variants.
