For annual resubmissions, enter the desired day and month. Specify whether the resubmission should be active or inactive. This activates or deactivates the automatic display of the rental agreement in the "Resubmission" table.
Annual resubmission
This group includes features for the annual review and updating of rental agreements. It contains information on the resubmission process, deadlines and relevant contract adjustments.| Property | Description |
| Rental agreement | Selection of the rental agreement for which the resubmission is required. |
| Day.month [DD.MM] | Enter the day and month on which the rental agreement must be terminated or extended [DD.MM]. The rental agreement is displayed in the "Resubmission" table from 14 days before the date entered. Example: if the date "30.06" is entered, the rental agreement is displayed for resubmission from June 15 of the respective year. |
