Activate licenses

To install licenses in your FM Portal, you must first download them from the eTASK Customer Center.

Prerequisite

  • You have purchased licenses

  • You have administrator access to the FM Portal

Procedure in the FM Portal

  1. Log in to the Customer Center.

  2. Click on Licenses. All available licenses will be displayed.

  1. Click on Download 

  2. Save the download file.

  3. Log in to the FM Portal.

  4. Now install the plugin via 1) System, 2) Install Plugin

Check the box next to "By installing, we accept the
software's terms of use" and click Update.

The plugin is now enabled for use. All associated lists, forms, functions, etc., have been activated.
