Search

This group contains features for searching and filtering personnel data in the workplace. It allows you to narrow down the employee information displayed according to various criteria.
PropertyDescription
TypeThis field indicates the type of job or position of the employee. It helps to categorize and differentiate between different types of jobs in the HR department, which is important for search processes and the organization of the workforce.
Workplace codeThe work center code is a unique identifier for an employee's specific work center. It is used to identify and assign workplaces in the company, as well as for searching and managing personnel information.
Occupancy statusThis occupancy status shows whether and how a workstation is currently occupied. It provides a quick overview of the personnel situation and supports the efficient planning and allocation of workstations in the company.
Person (and date of move)This field shows the name of the person relocating and optionally the relocation date. It is used to quickly identify employees in connection with job changes and supports the efficient search for relocation information in the personnel area.
RelocationThis field shows whether a relocation has been planned or carried out for the employee. It is used to quickly identify people who have relocated and supports the planning of workplaces and the management of relocation processes.
DepartmentDisplays the department to which an employee is assigned. This information is used for personnel management and organizational structure and enables an efficient search for employees within specific company divisions.
Cost centerDisplays the employee's assigned cost center. The cost center is used for internal cost accounting and enables a precise allocation of personnel costs to specific company divisions or projects.
TelephoneThe employee's telephone number is recorded here. This serves as important contact information for internal communication and emergencies at the workplace.
ClientThe logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.

This group contains attributes that are relevant for the export of workplace personnel data to Excel files. It includes attributes that are frequently required in Excel reports and analyses.
