This group contains features for searching and filtering working time entries. It enables the user to quickly find and narrow down relevant time entries using various criteria.

Traffic lightThe traffic light gives a colored indication of the status of the data. A more detailed description can be found in the Traffic light Note column.
NoteThe note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular.
Ticket no.The ticket number is a unique identifier for the working time entry. It enables the quick assignment and tracking of time bookings to specific tasks or processes in the ticket system.
Working hoursThis field shows the recorded working time for the selected period. It gives you an overview of the hours worked and serves as a basis for time recording, project accounting and capacity planning.
Cost centerThe cost centre assigns the recorded working hours to an organizational unit or a project. It enables precise allocation and evaluation of working hours for controlling and billing purposes. The correct specification is important for precise cost recording and distribution.
DescriptionThis field contains a detailed description of the working time. Here you can enter important information on the activity performed, special incidents or relevant observations during the working period.
CompanyThis field displays the name of the company or organization for which the working times are recorded. It enables working time entries to be quickly assigned and filtered by company, which is particularly helpful when managing working times for several companies.
ApplicantThis field shows the name of the applicant for the working time overview. It enables the identification of the person who submitted the request for working time recording or change and is important for the assignment and tracking of working time entries.
Application dateThe request date indicates when the request for working time recording was made. It serves as a reference point for processing and helps with the chronological classification of the process in the working time management system.
RoomHere you can specify the room or area in which the working time was recorded. This information helps with the precise allocation and analysis of working times, especially if activities are carried out at different locations or in different areas.
