This evaluation supports the commissioning of workflows by analyzing the role assignment and providing information on common errors and omissions.

This group contains features for displaying and presenting workflow information for commissioning. It includes visual elements and display options for a user-friendly presentation of workflow data.

Property	Description
Traffic light	The traffic light color together with the hint provides information as to whether the role is well filled or not.
Note	The note supplements the traffic light with information on how the staffing of roles can be improved.
Workflow	The name of the workflow
Active	Indicates whether the workflow has been activated in the "Workflows" form or not
Workflow role	Name of the workflow role
Starting role	Indicates whether this role is a start role. Start roles should be filled with particular care as they allow any user to start this workflow without having to be granted special access.
Admin group Short name	The short name of the administrator group stored in the workflow. In some workflows, this group serves as a fallback level if individual roles are not filled.
Admin group Long name	The long name of the administrator group from the workflow
Group members	The number of members in the administrator group.
Role Description	The description of the workflow role.
Casting	The name of the cast
Description of the cast	Description of the cast
dynamically staffed	Specifies whether an SQL is stored for the role assignment, with which the role is dynamically assigned based on data content from the workflow form.
Occupied by a person	Indicates whether a person is selected in the cast.
Occupied via group	Indicates whether a group is stored in the role cast.
Group Abbreviation	Short name of the group selected in the cast.
Group long designation	Long drawing of the group assigned in the cast.
Group members	Shows the number of people assigned to the group that is directly assigned to the role cast.
Workflow administrator only	Specifies whether the group stored in the role name is stored exclusively with the generically created workflow administrator.
