Mandatory fields for workflow step

Use this form to define which fields are mandatory fields in the relevant workflow forms for each workflow step. The mandatory fields defined in this way are queried before the workflow can be transferred to this step.

Identification

Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.

Property	Description
Compulsory field	Select the field on the workflow webform which should be defined as a compulsory field.
Workflow step	Select the workflow step for which a compulsory field should be defined.
Internal ID (Data ID)	The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record.
