A work plan is a collection of general information regarding order execution (e.g., setup times and required tools) as well as the individual work steps that must be performed to complete an order. This allows you to provide precise specifications for individual work steps in a maintenance order.
Work plans can optionally be manually assigned to one-time orders. Alternatively, you can assign copies of standard work plans to one-time orders to assign the data from the standard work plans and the standard operations they contain.
Based on the parameters entered (action, order trigger dates), the system automatically creates recurring maintenance orders from the order plans.
Path to standard work plans: Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Planning - Standard Work Plans
Standard work plans are standardized work plans. They are assigned to measures so that the properties of the standard work plan are automatically assigned to the generated recurring maintenance orders. However, this assignment is optional.
Multiple standard work steps can be assigned to a standard work plan. This allows you to provide personnel with precise instructions for individual steps during maintenance. It is also possible to assign multiple standard work plans to a single measure.
