Why have I only received confirmation of my room booking with reservations?

You have likely selected a room that requires approval for your booking. The booking is not final until it has been approved, meaning the approver has given their consent. Once approved, the meeting is confirmed (i.e., no longer subject to change).

Please note: If the booking has not been approved by the time of the meeting, you must assume that the meeting room will not be available to you.
