Why can't I move a room booking or the appointment in Outlook in my calendar?

The following issues may arise:

  • The cancellation period for the original booking has not yet expired

  • The room is already booked for the new dates

  • The booking is not possible for the new time period, as it may fall on a weekend or a holiday

  • The booking period for the new time slot has either not yet begun or has already ended

  • The room is blocked for the new time period

  • The room's setup times do not allow for the booking during the new time period
