The following issues may arise:
The cancellation period for the original booking has not yet expired
The room is already booked for the new dates
The booking is not possible for the new time period, as it may fall on a weekend or a holiday
The booking period for the new time slot has either not yet begun or has already ended
The room is blocked for the new time period
The room's setup times do not allow for the booking during the new time period
