Why can't I add a room to an appointment in my calendar?

Questions for clarification:

• Is the room selection disabled?

• Did the appointment already exist, and do you just want to add a room later?

• Have you invited other people to the appointment?

Solution:

1. Add another participant (can be deleted immediately afterward).

2. Select a room for the event. The selection becomes available immediately after adding the participant.
