Solution 1: Temporarily close the add-in
If you do not want to make any room reservations in the appointments, you can disable the add-in. To do this, use the Close button in the upper-right corner of the add-in.
To re-enable it: Create a new appointment in Outlook, then in the new meeting window, click "Show Wizard" on the eTASK tab.
Solution 2: Reduce loading time with filters
Make a selection in the filter for Location, Building, and Floor. This selection is saved and used each time the add-in is opened. This significantly reduces the loading time for the rooms.
