Identification

| Traffic light | The traffic light column gives a colored indication of the status of the stored data. See the associated notes for further information |
| Note | The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular. |
| Product Owner | The product owner responsible for this area is recorded here. This person is the central point of contact for all content-related and technical questions about the product and makes important decisions on product development. |
| Path | This path defines the position and hierarchical structure of the static section within the web form. It enables clear identification and navigation to this area and is crucial for the correct display and processing of the form data. |
| MenuTitle | This area allows you to enter a menu title for a static section in the web form. The title is used in the navigation structure or as a heading to give users a clear orientation and a quick overview of the content of the section. |
| Table name | This table name uniquely identifies the static section within the web form. It serves as a descriptive identifier and enables the precise assignment and management of different sections in the system. |
| Namespace | The namespace defines the logical area in which this static form element is used. It enables clear structuring and delimitation of different areas within the system, which is particularly helpful when organizing and managing complex forms. |

| SystemName | This area allows you to enter the unique system name for the static section of the web form. The system name is used for internal identification and processing of the section and should be chosen precisely and consistently. |

| Control | This field contains the HTML code or text for the static area of the web form. Here you can enter user-defined content such as headings, descriptions or instructions that are displayed to users when they fill in the form. |
| SectionTitle | This area allows you to enter a meaningful title for the section. The title serves to clearly identify and structure the content and makes it easier for users to navigate and understand the form. |
| SectionToolTip | This tooltip defines the explanatory text that is displayed when users move the mouse pointer over an area of the form. It is used to provide additional information or assistance for the respective section and thus facilitate understanding and correct input. |
| Canceled | ⚠️ This property will be removed in one of the next releases. Please do not use it anymore. This field shows whether the static area of the web form has been marked as discontinued. Discontinued areas are generally no longer used for new forms, but can still be retained in existing forms for compatibility reasons. |
| Control without front-end code | Selection to specify for static controls that no frontend code comes with control. Relevant for accessibility assessment. |
| Not relevant for accessibility | This field indicates whether the static area of the web form is relevant for accessibility. If activated, the area is not taken into account when checking and implementing accessibility requirements. |
| Accessibility tested | Checkbox to keep track of which static controls are already accessible. |
| Visible | This field controls the visibility of the static area in the web form. It determines whether the user can see and interact with the section or whether it remains hidden. The setting is important for the structuring and user-friendly design of the form. |
| Enabled | This field indicates whether the static area of the web form is activated. If activated, the area is displayed in the form and can be used by users. The setting enables flexible control of the visibility and functionality of form areas. |
| DisplayFieldset | Determines whether the associated input fields for this static area should be displayed. By activating this option, the configured fields are visible to users and can be filled in. This enables flexible control of the form display. |
| Link URL | Direct link to a list where the control is used in data records of the web form. |
