Use this form to manage all of your company's waste containers with their technical properties, installation locations and contents. Enter the container type, volume, weight and assign the respective waste type. You can use the integrated workflow to create transport orders for collection and control the entire disposal process. The form enables unique identification using barcodes and the assignment of responsibilities for seamless tracking.
workflow
This info area contains all workflow information for the data record (e.g. information on the current workflow step, progress information).
identification
In this area, you enter all master data and technical properties of the waste container as well as the responsible person.
| Property | Description |
| Container closed | Indicate whether the waste container is closed. This information is particularly important for hazardous waste and can be evaluated for safety checks. |
| Person responsible | Select the employee who is responsible for this waste garbage can. The person responsible coordinates the filling, requests collections if necessary and monitors proper use. |
| Barcode | Enter the barcode to uniquely identify the waste container. The barcode enables quick recording during inspections and collection. |
| Unladen weight [kg] | Enter the tare weight of the empty waste container in kilograms. Together with the collection weight, the actual waste weight can be calculated. |
| Code | Enter a unique abbreviation to quickly identify the waste container (e.g. "REST-001" or "BIO-A12"). |
| Designation | Enter a meaningful name for the waste container (e.g. "Residual waste building A, 1st floor" or "Organic waste canteen"). |
| Volume [l] | Enter the capacity of the waste garbage can in liters (e.g. 240 for a standard waste garbage can). This information is used for capacity planning and evaluation. |
| container type | Select the container type (e.g. "Waste garbage can 240l", "Container 1100l", "Bag"). The container type defines the basic design and can be used for visualization in CAD plans. |
installation site
In this area, you specify where the waste garbage can is located. Select either an interior or an exterior area - double assignment is not possible and does not make sense.
| Property | Description |
| Indoor installation location (room) | Select the room in which the waste garbage can is located (e.g. "Office 1.23", "Kitchen ground floor", "Technical room"). The room assignment enables the display in building plans and the assignment to buildings and locations. |
| Outdoor installation site (open space) | Select the outdoor area where the waste garbage can is located (e.g. "Parking lot south", "Courtyard building A", "Delivery zone"). The outdoor area assignment is to be used as an alternative to the room assignment. |
Contents
In this area, you define the type of waste to be collected in this container and the total weight at the time of collection.
| Property | Description |
| Pick-up weight [kg] | Enter the total weight of the waste container at collection in kilograms (container including contents). By subtracting the empty weight, the pure waste weight can be determined for billing and statistics. |
| Type of waste | Select the type of waste that is collected in this container. The waste type contains all legally relevant classifications such as the waste code according to AVV, UN number for the transportation of hazardous goods, GHS safety phrases as well as the internal waste category and disposal type. |
Collection
In this area, the associated transport order is displayed, which is used to organize and document the collection of the waste container.
| Property | Description |
| Transport order | Display of the transport order that was created for the collection of this waste container. The transport order contains all relevant information such as collection date, transport company, route and proof of disposal. New transport orders can be created directly from this form using the workflow. |
