You can find warranty and defect management in the FM Portal under Technical Building Management.
Under this menu item, you can:
Track warranties for properties or maintenance orders (including the deposit of warranty securities)
Document and categorize defects from construction projects as well as those covered by warranties
Request and monitor defect rectification
Create defect notices to the responsible party and set deadlines
