Archive document number

Incoming invoices can be deleted under certain circumstances. Deleted incoming invoices are documented here to ensure that the document numbers can still be traced without gaps.

Identification

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

Property	Description
Type	Specification of the invoice type.
Document number	Specification of the document number.
Deleted by	Indication of the processor who deleted the invoice.
Deleted on	Specification of the deletion date in the format DD.MM.YYYY.
Reason for deletion	Specification of the reason for deletion.
