Traffic lightThe traffic light gives a colored indication of the status of the data. A more detailed description can be found in the Traffic light Note column.
NoteThe note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular.
Ticket numberThe ticket number uniquely identifies a room appointment visit in the reservation system. It serves as a reference for your booking and enables quick allocation in the event of queries or changes.

UsersThis field displays the name or ID of the user who has booked a room appointment or created a visitor list. It helps with the allocation and tracking of room bookings and enables a personalized search for reservations.
number of participantsThis field shows the total number of people registered for a specific room date. It helps with planning and ensures that the room capacity is not exceeded.
Cost centerThe cost centre indicates to which organizational unit or department the costs for the room booking are allocated. It is used for internal cost accounting and enables the exact allocation of room usage costs to the relevant divisions.
