Visitor list (reporting systems)

This table stores the name and contact details of all visitors and external company employees who are reported as external company employees when badges are issued. You can activate and deactivate data records via the form view of the individual data records or via mass changes.

Identification

Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.

Property	Description
Telephone	Display of the visitor's telephone number.
Salutation	Display of the visitor's salutation.
E-Mail	This field contains the e-mail address of the external visitor. It serves as an important means of communication for notifications and queries in connection with the visit. Correct information enables reliable electronic contact.
First name	Display of the visitor's first name.
Surname	This tooltip shows the surname of the external visitor. The surname is an important part of the identification and is used for correct addressing as well as for security and administrative purposes within the company.
Company	This field shows the company for which the external visitor works. It is used to identify and assign the guest as part of visitor management. The selection is made from a predefined list of companies.
