Verify your system environment using eTASK.IdentityChecker to ensure that the user and network settings in the eTASK Exchange system environment are configured correctly.
Prerequisite
This process must be performed on a client that is to use the add-in.
Procedure
If eTASK.IdentityChecker is not yet available to you, download the application from your FM Portal under Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Administration - Portal Maintenance - Setup & Update - eTASK.IdentityChecker.
Run the downloaded EXE file.
The application may report any issues that you need to resolve before eTASK.Outlook Room Booking can be activated.
