Before the self-service vehicle booking system goes live, some preparations must be made. Booking parameters are created in the system settings, which are then assigned to the fleet vehicles by users in the vehicle management system. Additionally, vehicles can be searched for using these parameters during the booking process.
Self-drivers are employees who are authorized to book a vehicle without a driver during the booking process. You can also configure whether a vehicle should be searchable in the booking form.
