You can find out about the utilization of your vehicles in the utilization statistics. For each vehicle, there is an entry that provides information about the total bookings, bookings in the current year and month and the average bookings per year or month. Information is also provided on the total booking duration and the average booking duration. Finally, the total utilization of the vehicle is indicated.
List
This group contains characteristics that are displayed as a list or enumeration. It includes properties of the utilization statistics that can contain several values or entries.

| Traffic light | The traffic light provides information about the degree of utilization of the vehicle. |
| Note | The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular. |
| Vehicle | Specification of the vehicle whose utilization is being analyzed. The vehicle can be called up here. |
| License plate | Indication of the license plate number of the vehicle. |
| Total bookings | Number of all bookings of the vehicle. |
| Bookings current year | Number of bookings of the vehicle in the current year. |
| Bookings current month | Number of bookings for the vehicle in the current month. |
| Average bookings per year | Average bookings per year since the first booking. |
| Average bookings per month | Average bookings per month from the first booking. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
| Total booking duration in days | Summation of the booking times of all bookings for the vehicle. The duration is specified in days. |
| Average booking duration in hours | Indication of the average booking duration. The duration is given in hours. |
| Utilization in percent | Indication of the utilization of the vehicle as a percentage. The percentage of the vehicle actually booked in the possible booking period is calculated. |
Excel export
This group contains characteristics that are relevant for exporting the utilization statistics to Excel. It includes properties that control the presentation and structure of the data in Excel format.

| Holder | Details of the vehicle owner. |
| Vehicle class | Specification of the vehicle class. |
| Bookable until | Indication of the date until which the vehicle is or was bookable. |
| Booking type | Specification of the booking type assigned to the vehicle. |
| Status | Indication of the vehicle status. |
| Manufacturer | Specification of the vehicle manufacturer. |
