The evaluation is intended to support you in planning flexible space allocation that relies less on permanently assigned workstations and more on modern forms of collaboration.

This characteristic group contains attributes for displaying and displaying room group utilization. It includes visual properties and display options for the presentation of occupancy data.

| Location | Displays the number of the location from the "Locations" list to which the room group is assigned. |
| Building | Displays the number of the building from the "Buildings" list to which the room group is assigned. |
| Floor | Displays the number of the floor from the "Floors" list to which the room group is assigned. |
| Room group | The number of the room group from the "Room groups" list. |
| Designation | Name of the room group |
| Rooms | Number of rooms that are assigned to this room group. The assignment is made in the "Rooms" list and takes into account the cascading relationship between floor and room group |
| Total areas [m²] | Sum of the areas of all rooms assigned to this room group. |
| Number of possible jobs | Outputs the total number of possible workstations for the room group. The number is defined for each room in the "Rooms" form. |
| Number of workstations set up | Totals the workstations stored in the "Workstations" list within the rooms assigned to this room group. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
| Area per workstation [m²] | For this characteristic value, the sum of the room areas is divided by the number of workstations set up in order to determine the average area available within the room group for each workstation set up. The totals line shows the average value for all selected room groups. |
| Expansion reserve | Indicates the difference between installed and possible workstations and thus gives an indication of the number of workstations that can still be installed without having to carry out structural measures. |
| People | This characteristic value reflects the number of people assigned to the rooms within this room group. |
| Area per person [m²] | This characteristic value shows the average area per person within the rooms of this room group by dividing the area by the number of people. The average value across all selected room groups is determined in the buzzer line. |
| Occupancy rate | This key value determines the number of people who occupy a workstation that has been set up. If this value is greater than 1, then more people are assigned to the room group than workstations have been set up. This is acceptable for a flexibly used area in which people can choose to work in the home office or at the workplace. |
Switchable
These features describe whether certain rooms or functions can be used additionally if required. They provide information on flexible expansion options for room capacities.
