A waiting list feature has been set up for four booking screens in the FM Portal (Vehicle Booking, Workstation Booking, Resource Booking, and Quick Meeting Room Booking). If the desired booking item is not available, a button appears that allows you to create a search request.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Search for the desired booking item in the booking screen. Enter all requirements and click the Search button.
Click the "Nothing found?" button.
Your booking request is submitted to the system. If the desired booking item becomes available, an email is sent inviting you to book it and containing a link to the booking form, or you will be notified via the messages (bell icon at the top of the system bar) in the FM Portal.
