Use static mail variables

Email variables are placeholders that can be used in emails automatically sent by the FM Portal. For example, the email variable $$costCenter$$ can be used in an email sent from the room reservation workflow to specify the cost center for the respective booking. The email is sent when a workflow step is reached and contains the information determined by the variable through the creation of an email template with variables.

The variables described here are static variables. This means that they are automatically delivered (and thus also overwritten) with every release. They can be incorporated into your email texts without modification.
