If you want to easily assign your general ledger accounts to a chart of accounts, you can use an Excel import template.
Prerequisite
You have administrator rights in the portal.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Property Management - Property Accounting/Cost Entry - General Ledger Chart of Accounts - General Ledger Accounts in Chart of Accounts
Click on Tools - Download Import Template (Administrator only). The import template will be downloaded
Open the import template in your Downloads.
Fill in the import template with the data for assigning account plans to general ledger accounts.
Chart of Accounts:
Description: Freely selectable chart of accounts name
Example value: SKR04
G/L Account:
Description: Freely selectable general ledger account number. The first digit should represent the account class.
Example value: 2315 (for account class "2 | Accrual accounts")
