If representatives are no longer responsible in the future, you can terminate their appointment.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Basic Data - Functions and Representatives - Representatives
Select the relevant representative from the list and click the Edit icon next to the list entry.
In the Publication section, uncheck any boxes next to "Responsible Persons List," "Floor Plan," and "Emergency Call List."
Enter the deactivation date in the "Deactivated on" field for documentation purposes.
Click Save.
The representative is now logged out.
