Why isn't the building I created visible in the Property Explorer?
Solution: Check in Control Panel > Portal Options > Rights Management > Groups and Rights to see if the rights for the Property and Object Explorer have been assigned correctly. Are you included in the group that has rights to the building?
Why can’t I see an entire location?
Check the hierarchy levels that apply to your Property Explorer.
The defined hierarchy levels are taken into account in the Property Explorer, but only if all locations have the appropriate structures. If a location has an entry in hierarchy level 3, then all other locations must also have such an entry.
