  1. Why isn't my object type visible in the object registry?

Solution: Check whether you have checked the "Display in property register?" box in the property type form. Check the box to make the property type visible.

2. I created a building, why doesn’t it appear in the Object Explorer?

Solution 1: Check under Control Panel - Portal Options - Rights Management - Groups and Rights to see if the rights for the Property and Object Explorer are assigned correctly. Are you included in the group that has rights to the building?

Solution 2: There are currently no objects in the building. Create objects for this building.

3. Why are the cadastral entries in the Explorer incomplete?

Objects must be present; otherwise, nothing will be displayed in the cadastre.

4. Objects appear multiple times in the TGA Asset Explorer

Solution: Check whether the object type is defined multiple times as the top-level node.

Example: A heating unit is assigned to a boiler, which is defined as the top-level node. The same heating unit is assigned to a heating system. This system is also defined as the top-level node. As a result, the heating unit appears multiple times in the System Explorer.
