The transport orders also serve as documentation - they record which transport company has collected which waste via which route and where it has been delivered. The disposal company can also be specified. Transport orders can be linked to waste containers.

| Designation | Meaningful description of the transport order. Should describe the order concisely and is displayed throughout the application. |
| Disposer | Company that carries out the final disposal or recycling of the waste. May differ from the transport company. Companies are managed in the 'Companies' form. |
| Transportation company | Company that transports the waste. Companies are managed in the 'Companies' form. |
| Route | Transport route or route description from the pick-up location to the delivery location. Can be used for transport planning and traceability. |
| Order number | Unique number to identify the transport order. Used for internal organization and can be used when communicating with transport companies. |
| means of transportation | Type of means of transport used (e.g. truck, container vehicle). Means of transport are defined in the form of the same name. |
| date | Date on which the transport is or was carried out. Used for the chronological classification and documentation of the transportation process. |
| Pick-up location | Place or address where the waste is collected. This is usually the location of the waste containers. |
| delivery location | Destination or address to which the waste is delivered. This is usually the location of the disposal company or a disposal facility. |
