Training status of functional officers

Overview of the current status of training for employees who have been appointed as authorized representatives in buildings. Building operators must ensure that they assign employees to functions for which these employees are appropriately trained. The training status of employees must be up to date. For example, necessary refresher training must be organized and carried out. This can easily be done with this overview.

This group contains search criteria for the training status of HSE officers. It enables targeted filtering and querying of training data according to various parameters.

Function	Specification of the function.
Name of authorized person	Specification of the name of the authorized representative.
First name Authorized person	Indication of the first name of the authorized representative.
Training type	Specification of the training type.
Status	Indication of the status of the training.
Last basic training	Specify the date of the last basic training course [DD.MM.YYYY].
Last follow-up training	Specification of the date of the last follow-up training [DD.MM.YYYY].
Interval follow-up training [months]	Specify the interval of follow-up training in months.
Valid until	Specification of the validity of the last training [DD.MM.YYYY].
Building	Specification of the building code.
Building designation	Specification of the building designation.
Room	Specify the room number.
Department	Specify the department.
Deregistered on	Specification of the date on which the authorized representative was deregistered [DD.MM.YYYY].
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
