This group contains features for viewing and displaying the move history. It includes properties that control the visual presentation and filtering of data in user interfaces or reports.| Property | Description |
| Surname | The person's surname is recorded here in connection with the relocation history. This information is important for the clear identification and correct assignment of relocation data in the personnel area. |
| First name | This first name refers to the first or given name of the person affected by a relocation. It is used to uniquely identify and correctly address the employee in the context of the relocation history and associated personnel processes. |
| Room old | This field shows the previous room in which the employee was located before the move. It is used to track workplace changes and enables a comparison between the old and new location within the relocation history. |
| Room new | This entry shows the new room to which an employee has been moved as part of a relocation. This information is important for tracking workplace changes and updating personnel files. |
| Workplace old | This field shows the employee's previous workplace before a transfer or relocation. It is used to track changes of workplace and enables a comparison between the old and new location as part of the relocation history. |
| New workplace | This field shows a person's new workplace after a move or transfer. It is important for tracking job changes and helps to update personnel information as part of relocation management. |
| Date | This field shows the date of the move or relocation of a workplace. It is important for the chronological classification of changes in the relocation history and helps to track workplace changes. |
| User name | This user name uniquely identifies the person who was involved in or documented the relocation process. It enables changes to be tracked and activities in the relocation history to be assigned to specific employees. |
| Type | This type classifies the type of relocation or change of location of an employee. It helps to differentiate between various relocation categories such as internal relocation, relocation or home office setup. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
