Contains all properties that are displayed in the tabular list view.
| Property | Description |
| Traffic light | The traffic light gives a colored indication of the status of the data. A more detailed description can be found in the Traffic light

| Note | This field contains important notes or comments on the logbook entry. It is used to document additional information that may be relevant for fleet management or the traceability of journeys. |
| License plate | Indication of the vehicle's license plate number. |
| Start | Specification of the start date of the journey (DD.MM.YYYY). |
| Start time of journey | The time at which the recorded journey began is displayed here. |
| End | Specification of the date of the end of the journey (DD.MM.YYYY). |
| Time end of trip | The time at which the journey was completed is shown here. |
| Name | The name of the person who carried out the journey. |
| Comment | Enter a comment on the journey/vehicle booking. |
| Start [km] | The start km reading recorded during the trip is displayed here. |
| Driven [km] | Indication of the distance traveled in kilometers. |
| Total [km] | Indication of the total mileage at the end of the journey. |
Link IDs
Contains unique identifiers for system-wide identification and linking of records. Enables navigation between related data.
