This evaluation forms the logbook. All journeys made by all vehicles are listed here.

Search

This feature group contains search criteria for the logbook. It enables users to find and filter specific journeys or entries using various parameters such as date, driver or vehicle.

Property	Description
Traffic light	The traffic light gives a colored indication of the status of the data. A more detailed description can be found in the Traffic light Note column.
Note	This field contains important notes or comments on the logbook entry. It is used to document additional information that may be relevant for fleet management or the traceability of journeys.
License plate	Indication of the vehicle's license plate number.
Start	Specification of the start date of the journey (DD.MM.YYYY).
Start time of journey	The time at which the recorded journey began is displayed here.
End	Specification of the date of the end of the journey (DD.MM.YYYY).
Time end of trip	The time at which the journey was completed is shown here.
Name	The name of the person who carried out the journey.
Comment	Enter a comment on the journey/vehicle booking.
Start [km]	The start km reading recorded during the trip is displayed here.
Driven [km]	Indication of the distance traveled in kilometers.
Total [km]	Indication of the total mileage at the end of the journey.
