This tile evaluates only room occupancy where the workstation is occupied. Occupancy in rooms without workstations is ignored.
Row 1: Calculates the number of workstations based on the room area and the "standard area per workstation" defined for the floor. Rooms with usage types according to DIN 277 in usage groups 7, 8, and 9 are not considered.
Row 2: Available seats; sums the "Number of Workstations" attribute for the room. "In Meeting Rooms" sums the same value only for rooms with the usage type "2.3" according to DIN 277. The second sum is also included in the first
Row 3: Sum from the list Basic Data\ Employee Management\ Workstations\ Workstations. Only workstations where "Workstation Active" is checked and that have not been deactivated.
Row 4: Workstations from Row 3 that are either assigned to a workstation group or are directly occupied by one or more people are considered occupied. (Unlike in the petrol-colored Workstations tile, double occupancy does not distort the result)
