The service list is displayed as soon as you open your eTASK.FM portal.

Using the service list, you can view all service orders in which you are involved (e.g., because you requested them or need to process them). The processing status and additional information are listed for each service order.

Note: Filtering the service list works the same way as for any table in the FM portal. 📄 Spaltenfiltertypen IC1272

  1. Question mark icon: Call up help.

  2. Edit icon: Open record.

Tip: Your filter settings are saved even after you log out, so you can easily personalize your service list.

Marking of orders in the service list

The markings for orders in the service list have the following meanings:

Mark

Strikethrough

Archived order

grayed out

The order is due today

highlighted in green

The order date is in the future

highlighted in red

The order date is in the past

Exclamation mark

The order was changed today
