Using the service list, you can view all service orders in which you are involved (e.g., because you requested them or need to process them). The processing status and additional information are listed for each service order.

Marking of orders in the service list
The markings for orders in the service list have the following meanings:
Mark | Meaning |
|---|---|
Strikethrough | Archived order |
grayed out | The order is due today |
highlighted in green | The order date is in the future |
highlighted in red | The order date is in the past |
Exclamation mark | The order was changed today |
