The plugins are available in the eTASK Customer Center. There are different types of plugins for different functions.
Workflow Plugin
A workflow plugin delivers a customer-specific or standard (best practice) workflow. The workflow version must match the portal version! Only one workflow can be used per topic at a time.
Data Plugin
A data plugin imports data used in the portal, such as U.S. states with their corresponding holidays or the DATEV chart of accounts.
Report Plugin
A report plugin provides new reports. A new menu item is created in the portal with the report, which displays the data available in the portal.
Module Plugin
A module plugin delivers the license for a module or suite purchased in addition to the FM Portal, e.g., vehicle booking or the digital archive
Interface Plugin
An interface plugin enables imports and exports within the portal, such as transferring data to SAP.
Connector Plugin
A connector plugin enables connection to systems such as Kaba exos via the eTASK Broker (Rabbit MQ).
Dashboard Plugin
A dashboard plugin provides a tile that can be placed on the dashboard and clearly displays key metrics from the portal. Learn more 📄 Dashboards IC9269
Customize Plugin
A Customize plugin allows you to reconfigure the forms in the portal and the menu, for example, if certain form content should not be visible.
