Path to the starting point: Objects/Assets - Object Search
The object search allows you to search your objects using multiple search criteria. Once the search is complete, the objects that match the search criteria are displayed. You can then download different Excel tables depending on the level of detail you want.
Select the property by which the properties should be filtered.
Select the property type by which the properties should be filtered.
Select the matchcode by which the properties should be filtered.
Start search.
Export the results list to Excel.
The following options are available:
Overview: Includes the barcode, object name, object type name, matchcode name, and room of the objects in the results list
Overview with Details: In addition to the information in the "Overview" Excel table, this includes the individual attributes of the object for which values were entered, in a single cell.
Total: This report contains one worksheet per object type. It displays more detailed object information than the other two reports. There is a column for each individual attribute
Open object record.
Tip: If you use individual object attributes, these are only taken into account in the object search if you have selected the value "Yes" for them in the "Display in Object Search" property.
