Use the menu to navigate the FM portal and access lists, building models, CAD drawings, reports, and more.
The menu contains up to 8 categories:
MyFM: Request services that can be ordered via your FM Portal, book meeting rooms, access your favorites, etc.
Basic Data: Information used in a variety of different FM modules is stored here.
Portfolio (BIM): Manage your properties here and view them as building models or CAD drawings.
Properties/Assets: Under this menu item, you’ll find all functions for managing your properties/assets.
Property Management: All FM modules assigned to property management can be found in this category, e.g., eTASK Cost Recording, eTASK Leasing.
Technical Building Management: All components for controlling and maintaining your buildings are assigned to this menu item.
Infrastructural Building Management: All infrastructural elements of your building management with eTASK are displayed here.
System Control: This section contains all functions for administering your FM portal as well as the master data for all FM modules.
