In eTASK.Relocation Management, a relocation order is guided through a workflow that covers the planning and execution of the move. Once the order is placed, the relocation enters the first step of the workflow and is then forwarded by the relocation coordinator.
You can see the details of the eTASK.Umzugsmanagement workflow in the following diagram. There you will find, for example, which workflow roles exist, which people are responsible for which tasks and when, and details regarding email communication.
