Path to the table: Objects/Assets - Object List
In the central object table, you will find all the objects you have created. You can also create new objects here. A new object is initially not further specified. The object form offers full flexibility to store your objects in the FM Portal and ultimately integrate them into your FM processes.
Objects can be grouped into object groups using object types and matchcodes. Additionally, by assigning an object type and matchcode, the objects receive individual attributes that allow you to add additional data fields and thus manage them individually.
Example: Checking the total inventory quantity: An inventory was conducted yesterday. Now you need to verify whether all inventory items were recorded during this inventory activity. To do this, open the object list and click on Export/Advanced Export in the toolbar. Check the boxes for all columns that should be included in the report. In this specific example, make sure the box next to Inventory Date is checked. Click Export. In the exported Excel list, you can see whether all items display the current inventory date.
