The building form

Use the building form to enter all buildings you manage into the system. A building is always assigned to a location and can have multiple floors. The building constitutes the second level of the basic property structure, which consists of location, building, floor, and room.

Here, you can enter information such as the building number, building cost center, or details about the roof structure, as well as documents and images related to the building.

Note: If the map feature has been enabled by your organization, the Map View section will appear after you enter the address. There, the building’s location is displayed on a map section.
