This evaluation provides a brief and compact overview of all objects with their respective location, building and room, as well as the manufacturer.

Search

This group contains search criteria and filters for the TGM data list. It enables the user to efficiently find and narrow down specific locations or objects using various parameters.

Property	Description
Cost group	The cost group assigns the object or location to a specific category for cost accounting. This classification enables a structured analysis and evaluation of the costs incurred according to different areas or purposes.
Designation	This field contains the unique designation or name of the object. It is used for quick identification and differentiation from other objects in the list. A precise and meaningful name makes it easier to search and navigate.
Location	This field shows the location of the selected object. It enables a quick geographical assignment and is important for filtering and analyzing object data according to their physical location.
Building	This field shows the short code of the building in which the location is located. It is used to quickly identify and assign objects to specific buildings within location management.
Room	This field shows the specific space within a building or facility. It is used for the exact localization of objects or resources and enables precise location determination for search queries or inventories.
Manufacturer	This field shows the manufacturer of the property or location. It enables quick identification and filtering by manufacturer, which is particularly helpful when searching and analyzing object data.
Barcode	This barcode is used to uniquely identify an object in the system. It enables fast and precise recording and tracking of the object in different processes and at different locations.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
