In this evaluation you can see how many criteria are included in a tender, separated into mandatory and target, as well as the degree of fulfillment of the individual areas. This can be used as a basis for deciding whether eTASK should participate in the tender. You can also see here whether we took part and who was awarded the contract in the end.

This group contains features for searching and filtering tender evaluations. It allows you to narrow down the results according to relevant criteria.| Property | Description |

| Designation | This field contains the official name of the tender in the context of project management. It is used to clearly identify and quickly locate the tender in overviews and search results. A precise and meaningful name makes it easier to manage and track the tendering process. |
| Number of criteria | Total number of performance criteria in the tender |
| Thereof 100% | Number of criteria that are fully met in the self-assessment |
| must | Number of criteria with a MUST obligation. These criteria must be provided in any case. |
| should | Number of criteria with a target commitment. These criteria are only to be delivered if they were classified in the offer as an explicit scope of delivery in the order case. Otherwise they can be delivered if available. |
| Degree of fulfillment MUST [%] | This percentage value shows how completely the MUST criteria of a tender have been met. It is an important indicator of the quality and conformity of the bids received and helps with the evaluation and selection of suitable suppliers or service providers as part of project management. |
| Degree of fulfillment TARGET [%] | This percentage value indicates the desired degree of fulfillment for optional criteria in a tender. It serves as a target value for the evaluation of bids and helps to prioritize requirements that go beyond the minimum criteria. |
| Total degree of fulfillment [%] | This value shows the percentage overall degree of fulfillment of all criteria for a tender. It provides a quick overview of the overall performance and helps to assess how well the requirements have been met overall. |
| Participation through eTASK? | This field indicates whether participation in the tender is via the electronic Tendering and Auction System (eTASK). It allows you to quickly identify the tenders for which the eTASK system is used to prepare and submit tenders. |
