This group contains search criteria and parameters for the tenant list. It enables targeted filtering and narrowing down of the tenant details displayed according to various attributes.

CompanyDesignates the legal entity or company to which a rental property or tenancy is assigned. This information is important for the correct allocation of rental agreements, settlements and other rental-related transactions within the company structure.
MonthThis field shows the month and year (format: YYYY-MM) for which the debit positions and payments are displayed in the booking journal of the tenant list. It is linked to the period of the associated tenancy agreement and serves as an important reference point for the financial overview of the tenancy.
