This list evaluation provides an overview of the financial evaluations of a cost type per tenant and year.


Search

This group contains search criteria for targeted filtering of rental costs. It enables the data to be efficiently narrowed down according to relevant parameters for analyses and reports.

Cost typeSpecification of the cost type.
Allocation keySpecification of the apportionment key (e.g. rental space)

flat rateIndication of whether this cost type is settled on a flat-rate basis.
Net costs [€]The net costs posted to this cost type for the tenant in the specified year, in euros.
Advance payments [€]The total amount of advance payments made by the tenant for this cost type in the specified year, in euros.
(+) Repayment/ (-) Additional payment [€]Indication of the repayment or additional payment for this cost type in the year indicated in euros.
Costs previous year [€]The previous year's costs are stated in euros.
Diff. to previous year [€]The difference between the costs for the specified year and the previous year's costs in euros.
