Tenants

Use logical tenants to separate the data within your eTASK environment. Every data record in every list in eTASK has an assignment to exactly one client. Users who do not have the right to the client of a data record cannot reach and access it via the interface. Users can have access to several clients and edit them simultaneously.

Identification

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

Property	Description
Number	Number of the logical client. The number must be unique.
Name	Name of the logical client. A logical client can have data records in an FM portal (physical client). Users can be granted access to the data of one or more logical clients.
