The template groups data object is used to organize and manage document templates in the system. It allows different templates to be grouped according to topics or workflows to make them easier to find and use. Template groups are created automatically when workflows are created and contain information such as name, type and assignment to specific forms or tables. They play a central role in the efficient handling of document templates in various business processes.

Template group

This group contains features for managing and categorizing document templates. It includes properties such as template type, purpose and associated business processes.

Property	Description
Code	Enter a short name for the template group. It will help you organize if you need many such groups.
Designation	Enter a long name for the template group.
Type	Select the type of template group that you want to use as a criterion for the subsequent search
Table	Select the form/table for which you want to use these templates.
Internal ID (Data ID)	The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record.
