This group contains search criteria for orders, locations and the number of objects. It enables targeted filtering and querying of order data according to various spatial and quantitative aspects.

| Building | This field shows the specific building in which the maintenance task location is located. It helps with the precise localization and efficient planning of maintenance work within the premises. |
| Floor | This field shows the floor or level of a building on which the maintenance order is located. It helps with the precise localization of tasks and objects within multi-storey facilities or building complexes. |
| Ticket no. | The unique identification number of the maintenance order. It enables orders to be quickly assigned and tracked in the system and serves as a reference for all associated activities and documentation. |
| Number of objects | Displays the number of objects assigned to a specific maintenance order and location. This information helps with the planning and execution of maintenance work by providing a quick overview of the number of objects to be processed at a location. |
| Workflow status | Displays the current status of the maintenance workflow for this order. The workflow status provides information on the phase in which the order is being processed and helps with the prioritization and planning of maintenance measures. |
| Version until | This field specifies the planned end date for the execution of the maintenance task. It helps with the scheduling and prioritization of maintenance work and the allocation of resources as part of the maintenance tasks. |
| Order carried out on | This field shows the date on which the maintenance order was actually carried out. It is important for the documentation and tracking of completed maintenance work and for the planning of future maintenance measures. |
| Order plan from order | This field shows the order plan that was generated from an existing order. It allows you to trace the relationship between the original order and the order plan derived from it as part of maintenance planning. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
| Remark | This field allows you to enter additional information or comments on the number of objects at a specific location as part of a maintenance order. It is used to record relevant details that are not covered by other fields and thus supports more precise planning and execution of maintenance work. |
Excel export
This group contains characteristics that are relevant for the export of order data with location and number of objects in Excel. It includes properties that control the display and formatting of the data in the Excel export.
