List
This feature group contains properties that relate to list-based information in the context of task list objects. It includes attributes for managing and structuring tasks or elements within a list.

| Note | The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular. |
| Type | This field shows the type of maintenance object. It helps to quickly identify and categorize orders in the order list, which supports the efficient planning and execution of maintenance work. |
| Ticket no. | The ticket number is a unique identifier for the maintenance order. It enables the order to be quickly identified and tracked in the system and serves as a reference for all associated activities and documents. |
| Order plan | Here you can view and edit the detailed job plan for the maintenance task. The plan describes the planned work steps, required resources and the time schedule for the maintenance or repair measures for the selected object. |
| Order designation | You can enter a detailed description of the maintenance order here. This description helps to quickly identify and differentiate between orders in the order list. Precise and meaningful wording makes it easier to plan and carry out maintenance work. |
| Contractor | Indicates the contractor responsible for carrying out the maintenance task. This information is important for the assignment, planning and tracking of maintenance and repair work as part of maintenance management. |
| Deadline Execution by | This field shows the latest date by which the maintenance task is planned to be carried out. It helps with the prioritization and planning of maintenance work by defining the time frame for the execution of the task. |
| Order type | The order type indicates what type of maintenance order is involved. It determines the basic purpose and process of the order, such as planned maintenance, fault rectification or system improvement. This information is crucial for prioritizing and processing the order. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
Excel export
This group contains characteristics that are relevant for exporting order list objects to Excel. They control which data and in which format they appear in the exported Excel file.

| Contract | This field shows the name or designation of the associated contract for the maintenance order. It enables quick assignment and tracking of the contractual basis for the maintenance or repair work to be carried out. |
| Order carried out on | This field shows the date on which the maintenance order was actually carried out. It is important for tracking and documenting completed maintenance work and for planning future maintenance measures. |
| Status | This status shows the current processing status of the maintenance order. It provides information on which phase the task is in and enables a quick overview of the progress of the maintenance work. |
