This group contains search criteria and filter options for systems and orders. It enables a targeted search and narrowing down of the displayed data records according to various parameters.| Property | Description |
| Traffic light | The traffic light gives a colored indication of the status of the data. A more detailed description can be found in the Traffic light Note column. |
| Note | The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular. |
| Building | This field shows the name or designation of the building in which the system in question is located or the job is being carried out. It helps with the precise localization of maintenance measures and facilitates the planning and execution of maintenance work. |
| Floor | Indicates the floor or level on which the system or job is located. This information is important for the precise localization and efficient planning of maintenance measures within a building or system. |
| Barcode | The barcode uniquely identifies a system or order in the maintenance process. It enables information to be recorded and assigned quickly, facilitates the tracking of maintenance work and supports the efficient management of resources and orders. |
| Attachment | This field allows you to link relevant documents or files to the maintenance order. For example, you can upload technical drawings, manuals or photos of the system here to provide all parties involved with important additional information. |
| Code | This code serves as a unique identifier for systems and orders in the maintenance system. It enables a quick search and precise identification of specific entries, which is particularly important when managing and tracking maintenance work. |
| Designation | The name clearly identifies an installation or order in the maintenance system. It serves as a concise name for quick recognition and assignment when searching and in overviews. A meaningful name facilitates the efficient management of maintenance tasks. |
| Ticket no. | The ticket number is a unique identifier for a maintenance process or a fault message. It enables maintenance orders to be quickly identified and tracked in the system and serves as a reference for all associated activities and communications. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
| Workflow status | Displays the current status of the maintenance order in the workflow process. This information helps to track the processing progress and enables efficient planning and coordination of maintenance activities. |
| Version until | This field specifies the planned end date for the execution of maintenance measures. It helps with the scheduling and coordination of maintenance work and enables the effective allocation of resources as part of asset and order management. |
| Order carried out on | This date shows when the maintenance order was actually carried out. It is important for documenting and tracking maintenance work and for planning future maintenance work on the system. |
| Order plan from order | This field displays the associated order plan derived from an existing order. It enables maintenance orders to be tracked and linked to the corresponding planning documents as part of plant maintenance. |
| Remark | This field allows you to enter additional information or comments on a system or maintenance order. It is used to record important details that cannot be entered in other fields and thus supports comprehensive documentation and effective communication in the maintenance process. |
