| Ticket number | Specification of the ticket number of the subordinate ticket. |
| Date | Indication of the calculated processing date for the subordinate ticket. |
| Category | Specification of the service category of the subordinate ticket. |
| Subcategory | Specification of the subcategory of the subordinate ticket. |
| Workflow status | Indication of the workflow status in which the subordinate service ticket is currently located. |
| Workflow role | Specifies the workflow role that is currently responsible for further processing of the subordinate service ticket. |
| Responsibility | Specification of the responsible group of the currently responsible workflow role. |
| Description | Description of the subordinate service ticket. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
